About Dental Team Success, Inc.
Have you ever been to a great seminar or workshop on how to implement some incredible new procedure and gone back to your office with the best of intentions to implement this new concept but have it fall flat? Confusion or disagreement amongst staff and doctors about the “when and how-to’s” can create major inefficiencies and slow production drastically.
Since 1984, Dental Team Success, Inc. has been helping healthcare professionals by providing personalized job description manuals, consulting and assisting in the implementation of them with the staff. For maximum effectiveness, these job description manuals should be personalized for the individual doctor and his or her practice. We can help you do that as well as help in any other area of your practice.
William B. Halverson
Bill Halverson has been consulting dental professionals throughout the United States for 20 years. The majority of his consultations have been in the dentist’s office working hands on with the doctors and staff to help them increase production and morale while decreasing inefficiency and lost income.
About six years into his consulting career Bill became 50% owner of a private dental practice in Atlanta Georgia that had been vacant for over a year. This practice was in a medical office building, had no patients, but it did have three fully equipped operatories and some furniture in the reception area.
With only the help of his partner’s associate doctor, he built the practice up to 75-100 new patients per month and $50K in production four months after opening the doors. He was the receptionist, scheduling coordinator, accounts manager and for a short while the dental assistant in the very beginning. As he began to hire and train staff the need for written policies and procedures became more apparent than ever. Thus began the “Dental Job Description Manuals” of today that literally hundreds of practices have benefited from. Today, Bill continues to consult private practices from one end of the country to the other with major emphasis on documentation, accountability and effective training of not only the staff but the office manager, on how to hire, train and perform effective monthly reviews to keep everyone on the same page and working together to create a cohesive team.
