I have learned so much from this training. I want to be the best I can be at my job. I like my job and all the staff members and I’m willing to do my part and more. I know as a team we are going to be a big success! Now we have the rules to follow and specific descriptions of how things are done, so there are no excuses!

This job description manual has been very helpful to me in training for the assistant position. Before … it was just assumed that everything was being done correctly. Well, we assumed wrong! There were quite a few things that had to be corrected or a different technique used. We also discovered a few things that are imperative to running a smooth operation. I feel this will greatly improve my ability to perform my assistant duties.

I always wondered why training staff was such a frustrating and painful experience; usually resulting in more than a little confusion around the office. After using highly specific training manuals made especially for our office, I now know that the problem was that I had no idea how to go about it. We have taken two completely inexperienced employees from total ignorance about dentistry to a level where I am confident they will be able to run my treatment department competently. I could have never dreamed this possible.
